Is your Condominium / Facility Manager Inefficient?

Having a good property manager makes a huge difference on the standard of maintenance of your property.  Below is a list to help you judge if your current manager is inefficient. They are :


  1. Poor Organisational Skills
  2. No proper filing system
  3. Messy workspace
  4. No proper records of complaints / feedback
  5. Slow to attend to complaints
  6. Takes a long time to resolve breakdowns or get things done


If your Property Manger satisfies all the above qualities,  it is time for you to send him or her for a training , well of course your other option is to hire a new one.
